□ Quality Control
Our products are produced under the ISO9002 standard. Each process of the manufacture strictly enforces the ISO9002 quality standard. And all products have got the National CCC
1. After confirming the order, we will purchase the materials and molding it. Then to check whether it's good or not to be used.
2. After making sure the main body shell is up to the quality standard. We will remove the scratch and drilling holes on it.
3. After that, we will check whether it's smooth and whether the holes are qualified. Then, we start to polish the surface to make sure it's smooth and suitable for painting.
4. Dust and small aluminium pieces will be cleaned.
5. After making sure all above, we will start assembling all the accessories. During this process, unqualified products will be left and remade.
6. Then, we put oil inside the main body. During this process, the unqualified products on sealing will be left and Remake.
7. After oil injection, products will be tested on speed and adjust the speed. Unqualified items will be left and remake.
8. Painting the color customer required, then, print logo and pick up the unqualified items.
9. Packing with poly bags for arms and main body. 1pcs/ box and 10pcs/ carton.
10. Before delivery, our quality checking manager will do sampling check.
